Is Sebclair the same as Promiseb? ›

Sebclair is sold under the prescription name Promiseb in the US. It is available from Europe without a prescription. It has a gentle anti-fungal, plus lactic acid instead of salicylic acid. So it deals with the scaliness while also moisturizing instead of stripping the skin.

Promiseb Topical Cream helps to relieve the dry waxy skin by maintaining a moist wound & skin environment, which is beneficial to the healing process. Directions for Use: Apply Promiseb Topical Cream to the affected skin areas 2 to 3 times per day (or as needed), and massage gently into the skin.
